Delivery Times

We aim to provide delivery within 1-2 days for all orders made before 16:00GMT within mainland Britain and within 7 working days within the European Union. Please allow up to 14 days for deliveries to other countries. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control which could cause delays and in such circumstances we will try to contact you via email or telephone.

U.K. Mainland orders:

All U.K. Mainland orders placed on iloveminky.com will have 7 WORKING days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty, and shows no visible signs of being worn etc. for a full refund (this is 3 working days from receipt of goods, not from ordering). U.K. Mainland customers will have 7 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 7 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will no longer accept anything after 7 working days have expired.

E.U. International Orders:

All E.U. International Orders placed on iloveminky.com will have 14 WORKING days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty etc. for a full refund. E.U. International customers will have 21 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 21 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will no longer accept anything after 21 working days have expired.

Non-E.U. International Orders:

All Non-E.U. International Orders placed on iloveminky.com will have 14 WORKING days to return any items which are no longer wanted, faulty etc. for a full refund. Non-E.U. International customers will have 21 WORKING days to receive a credit note or exchange. If we receive any returns after 21 working days, we will have no alternative but to send your items back to you, as we will no longer accept anything after 21 working days have expired.

Returning Your Item

How to return your item

1. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
2. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
3. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
4. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Exchanging Your Item

1. Please e-mail ian@iloveminky.com to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return and place an exchange order on hold in your name.
2. Pack your merchandise in appropriate packaging.
3. Complete the Return and Exchange Policy form included in your shipment. Please write your order number on the form, along with the reason for the return.
4. Insure your package for the full value or the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice.
5. Check your e-mail. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
6. Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you.

We will notify you via e-mail once your return processed. This can take up to 30 days. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction and credit your account. Please allow 30 days for us to credit your card.

• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact ian@iloveminky.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Terms and Conditions

Minky Warranties

Minky is unable to provide any warranties in relation to the goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Sale and Supply of Goods Act 1994.

Minky’s Limited Liability

Except in relation to liability for death or personal injury Minky’s liability for negligence shall be limited to the total value of the transaction. Minky shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses even if Minky has previously been advised of the likelihood of such losses.

Availability of the Website and Goods

Minky will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available.
